Gavin is passionate about helping people manage pain and stiffness and move more comfortably. He takes time to understand what’s troubling you, then tailors each session using the techniques best suited to your needs. His aim is to help you make meaningful progress without recommending more appointments than you need.

Gavin offers sports massage, deep tissue massage, deep tissue cupping massage, trigger point therapy, dry needling and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM). He also offers Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) and Connective Tissue Release (CTR) to help with body re-alignment.

Meet Chloe

Chloe wants you you to feel listened to, supported and comfortable throughout your appointment and she has an ability to target those tight, painful areas to release tension and ease your tired muscles.

Chloe has a degree in Sport Rehabilitation and specialises in sports massage and deep tissue massage. She works with a wide range of clients, from people recovering from sports injuries to those looking for support with stiffness, mobility and everyday movement.

Every treatment is tailored to the person in front of her. Chloe may combine sports massage with deep tissue techniques, trigger point work and sustained pressure, depending on your needs and preferences. Where helpful, she’ll assess your movement and check your progress over time.

Chloe has experience working with clients who prefer a gentle approach as well as high-level athletes, including strongman competitors and rugby players at the Rugby World Cup. She’ll talk with you about what feels comfortable and adapt the treatment accordingly.

Meet Michelle

Michelle brings a warm, experienced approach to every treatment. She takes time to help you feel comfortable and at ease, so you can settle in and unwind.

A qualified holistic therapist since 2016, Michelle trained in holistic massage and aromatherapy massage and has extensive experience in massage and beauty therapy. She qualified as a reflexologist in 2023 and has continued to develop her skills in maternity massage, hot stone massage and Indian head massage.

Anne offers reflexology, including fertility, maternity, lymph drainage, facial, menopause and pain management reflexology. She also offers Swedish massage, natural lift facial massage, Indian head massage, Hopi ear candling, Thai foot massage, manual lymph drainage massage, warm bamboo massage, pregnancy massage, Reiki and NADA.

Meet Maeve

Maeve is a herbalist and holistic therapist who studied for a Licentiate in Herbal Medicine in Portlaoise. She takes a thoughtful, individual approach, drawing on her passion for herbal medicine, nutritional advice and holistic therapies to support her clients’ wellbeing.

With over 20 years’ experience as a reflexologist, Maeve is also trained in holistic and and Indian head massage.

She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Irish Association of Master Medical Herbalists (IAMMH).

Meet Sharon

Sharon has over 13 years’ experience as a holistic therapist. She brings a warm, thoughtful approach to her work, taking time to understand what each client needs and tailoring their treatment accordingly.

Sharon has also worked with a local breast cancer charity, providing oncology massage and oncology scar therapy to clients. Her interest in holistic care has led her to pursue a Diploma in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Lansdowne College.
